Please note that these purchase prices are based on net sale price, after any seller concession(s). For example, for a transaction structured as $403,000 with a $5,000 seller concession for closing costs, Buyers Brokers Only, LLC would offer a $350.00 commission rebate to our client. Home buyers are advised to consult with a tax or legal professional for advice on any possible tax consequences as a result of the rebate.
