Rosa is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, a member of the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents. Rich Rosa graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University's School of Journalism with a Bachelor's of Science degree in 1991 and earned his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. He also is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bar associations. Rich Rosa previously lived 11 years in Boston and presently owns a home in Haverhill, MA (since 1997). He lives with his wife, Anne Marie, and twin sons. Attorney David S. Kres is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, a member of the North Shore Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He also has earned his Certified Buyer Representative designation. Dave Kres received the North Shore Association of Realtors 2006 Rookie of the Year Award. He presently is a member of the board of directors of the North Shore Association of Realtors. Dave Kres received a Bachelor's of Arts degree, with honors, from Tulane University in 2000. He had a dual major in history and political science. In 2004, he earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from New England School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and he is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association. Dave Kres is a native of Peabody, MA, where he lived for 25 years. He also lived in North Andover and presently owns a home in Haverhill, MA with his wife, Lauren.
