Attorney Richard J. Rosa is the co-founder and co-owner of Buyers Brokers Only, LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm with offices located around the Greater Boston Area.

Rich is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, a member of the North Shore Association of REALTORS®, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents and Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents. He publishes the Massachusetts Home Buyer Guide, a real estate blog, and he created the Massachusetts Home Buyer Network, a community for Massachusetts home buyers and homeowners. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. He also is a member of the Real Estate Bar Assocition of Massachusetts and the New Hampshire Bar Association.
